Processing Time Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.  Unless otherwise indicated, like custom orders and made to order products.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Touch Of Kreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [your email address] and we will assist you.
